As a musician with a background in keyboard, vocals and percussion, I found myself drawn to sound medicine and its potential to facilitate healing. After spending over three decades as a liturgical musician, I saw firsthand how deeply music can move people. Sound medicine takes this to a whole new level by merging the energy of sound and spirit into one powerful modality. Each of our chakras and etheric bodies resonate with specific tones, notes and frequencies; sound medicine can help trigger the memories of homeostasis within our DNA. Music. Helps. Us. Heal! There is a reason why you feel so good when you play your favorite music. Sound medicine has the potential to release stuck emotions, positively rewire brainwaves, and offer new perspectives to long standing issues.
