Experience a Repatterning / Quantum Improv (Qi) Session: With nearly two decades of experience in performing and teaching improv in the Capital district of Upstate, New York, Amy offers a unique opportunity to apply that knowledge towards healing and wellness. Most of how we operate is based off our reaction (conscious or not) to what we experience in our life. We believe our experiences define us because they create a pattern of response that runs in the background and we start seeing that as who we are vs. an experience that has happened to us. Many times this can limit our beliefs about who we are, what we should be doing, and keeps us living outside this current moment. Amy provides an exclusive chance to reset and start anew. Repatterning takes you to the energetic moment, identifies the core aspects, and then we remove the energetic block, and repattern it, so a new belief structure can be built from it. It is a blend of “play therapy” and fun, resulting in a transformative healing experience that leaves you feeling like the main character. This positive energy resonates through the quantum field of infinite possibilities, where your imagination is the only limit. That vibrant energy has the power to copy over the old. It is an amazing exploration of the human mind and the strength of your soul.
