By starting this cycle with an exchange of energy, participants engage in self-care and contribute to the collective energetic health of our ever-expanding community of holistic wellness practitioners. Easier said: Taking care of yourself helps you take care of others; you need self-love, too! While the main focus is a Reiki Exchange, there is also the opportunity for hands-on learning for those interested in incorporating sound healing into their Reiki practice. Attendees will have access to most of my metal and wooden sound healing instruments and will be provided guidance on their use during treatments. The event will be enhanced by a sound bath which will envelop all participants in Reiki energy and positive vibrations. Each participant will receive at least one 25–30-minute session on the table to be the focus of care. **NOTE*** If you want to bundle and save, select the: Fast Pass when checking out and you can get four sessions for the price of three.
