We mistake them for who we are, rather than recognizing them as experiences that happened to us. This can limit our beliefs and keep us from fully living in the present. With nearly two decades of experience in performing and teaching improv in Upstate New York, I offer a unique approach to healing and transformation. Through repatterning, we identify and clear energetic blocks, replacing outdated mental “software” with a version that serves you better. This process allows new beliefs to take root, shifting how you experience yourself and your world. I don’t erase pain or rewrite history, but I can help you change how it lives within you. Over time, this rewiring takes hold, creating space for healing and growth. You can revisit our session as often as needed, reinforcing the shift until it becomes your new reality. By listening to your story, I help unravel patterns and, together, we create a powerful, imaginative tool for transformation—one that empowers you to take spiritual dominion over your experience and step into your full potential. About this service: Not everyone is a good candidate for this. If you are dealing with complex trauma, this may not be a good approach for you. Prior to scheduling, a 15-minute consult will be required. NOTE: Healing is rarely a linear journey, and you may consider exploring different products until you find the one that makes your spirit soar.
