We’ll begin with a brief introduction to the basics of sound healing, followed by a guided meditative journey, and then it’s your turn to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the transformative power of sound. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, comfy socks- anything that will bring you some cozy relaxation as you enjoy the sounds of healing frequencies moving through the body. You won't regret giving yourself this gift of self-care. The Creative Jam is nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountain Range. Come for some morning Zen and stay and explore lovely Lake George. NOTE: For anyone who has a chronic condition, medical implants, shrapnel, pregnant, or trying to conceive, please be cleared by a medical professional before coming to a sound bath treatment. By attending, Participant is in agreement that they are healthy enough to do so.
